From March to September in 2006, totally 4,379 law enforcement quality service teams in three batches had been dispatched to grass-root law enforcement units. By living and working together with local police officers in front line for at least one month, the teams participated 236,000 times in receiving and responding to calls for police service, interrogation, questioning and cases mediation, dealt with 53,000 cases, provided with 85,000 legal services, such as answering questions and research cases, and solved 49,000 legal issues. This has contributed to the goal of ˇ°benefiting grass-root law enforcement units, educating administrative police officers, and improving law enforcement quality. |
